Never to early to ready for the Holidays

Don't look now but 2010 is nearly history and one of my favorite seasons is close. However seems like every year at Holiday Season many people have put on a few extra pounds and the parties and gatherings that start just before Thanksgiving are always providing the temptations that are the downfall of everybody that has a mind to lose a few pounds. Add the "holiday Stress" and we have a "perfect storm" for weight gain. So lets start now to avoid that problem by planning our meals and exercise to accommodate the parties and Holiday gatherings with goodies. This could end up as a totally new you forever.

That is the reason the popular New Years Resolution that ranks number one every year is joining a gym and losing weight. Fact is a healthy diet and meal planning year round is the solution that makes sense. My idea of a healthy lifestyle is a good breakfast for sure then some physical activity, personally I like to ride one of my horses. In he middle of winter the snow skiing resorts have a strong attraction. My diet doesn't suffer because of my activities it actually helps me to keep on tract. We have all heard the expression that every pound on your body got there through your mouth and that is a fact. So lets plan ahead so we can enjoy the snacks and goodies at the gatherings. I do because I love Christmas cookies. Also the stocking contents are irresistible. So put your mind at ease by getting into a healthy routine.
